Exporting File

Text written in LEKHOK PRO is saved with a BNG file extension. Same as in LEKHOK.

Thus the file could be read by LEKHOK 1.5 too. But in few cases it may not be edited properly if the document uses multi system fonts.

If you like to export you Bangla text to MS Word, QuarkExpress or PageMaker follow the steps below.

Step1. Type your Bangla text in LEKHOK PRO main window.

Step2. Now select 'Save As...' from 'File' MENU.

Step3. Select the approriate folder location. Type your file name without the file extension.

Step4. Click the list box just below the file name field and select the very last item called 'RTF Files *.RTF'

Step5. Now your file will be saved with RTF file extension. This document now can be imported to MS Word, QuarkXpress or PageMaker. Just simply opne it from Word or import it to Pagemaker or QuarkXpress

For simple and quick transfer use the method below:

Step1. Type your Bangla text in LEKHOK PRO main window.

Step2. Press CONTROL + a, then CONTROL+c to select and copy all text

Step3. Now go to MSWord/Desired Application and press CONTROL+v to paste the text.

That's All!

Selecting the menu to do copy and paste globaly outside LEKHOK PRO may work only if the document has text. It may not work if it has pictures, so use the keyboard instead.
